ORO-Health International, Inc. (the “Company”) is a dental company concentrating on products for treatment and prevention of dental disease.
The Company’s first invented product is Bond-A-BridgeTM,. The company has succeeded in developing a 1 visit innovative inlay bridge system to be used by dentists to replace missing teeth in just one hour, with no surgery and at half the costs to the patient. This complete system was patented and FDA approved (510K). Additional new patents are currently being applied for. It will help MILLIONS of people.
The Company has completed most of the development work in both divisions, and is applying for new patents. The Company should grow very rapidly because the need to replace missing teeth is huge, as is the need to stop tooth loss and associated diseases caused by periodontal disease.

ORO-Health International, Inc. was formed in 1989 as a research company by Dr. Howard Marshall, DDS, a practicing dentist in New York City trained as a specialist in periodontics. It’s original activities centered around development of a one visit tooth replacement system. Subsequently, the company developed a second division, to treat periodontal disease, a world-wide disease of the supporting gum and bone tissue surrounding the teeth. The company will be launching that division first, and following its funding this year, expects to have a product for the consumer enter the marketplace within one year of full funding.
The periodontal products are particularly needed for 3rd world countries. In these countries, there is a huge unmet need to stop dental disease. After one year of the periodontal products being actively distributed in our target markets, we will introduce Bond-A-Bridge, the one visit tooth replacement system, which now can be produced using CADCAM. This product is for dentists to use in their practice to replace missing teeth, and greatly saves the dentist money while also tremendously lowering the cost for the consumer. In the U.S, insurance codes will lower the cost for patients who are insured.
The Periodontal division has 6 products, 3 for the consumer, and 3 for pharmacies and supermarkets. Our Bond-A-Bridge product is for the dental profession. the potential markets for both divisions are in the hundreds of millions.
ORO-Health International, Inc. now has 3 divisions, The Periodontal, the Bond-A-Bridge, and intends to have an insurance division for many non-treated patients who can’t afford existing fees. Lastly, as a subdivision of the Periodontal division, the company will enter the Pet market, since dogs and cats also have periodontal disease, and lose teeth. The market is huge, equal to the human market. Both markets are in the hundreds of millions.
