Miracle PerioGel  for Waterpik® is a concentrate of Miracle PerioGel formulated for use in a Waterpik® container. It comes as a liquid form of the gel in an eyedropper bottle.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: One squirt of the content into the Waterpik® container. Stir the solution for 10 seconds prior to turning the Waterpik® on. Use the Waterpik® on  Medium. Start on the upper teeth, placing the Waterpik® tip behind the last tooth and then, aiming at the  gum margin, move tip around the tooth, then in between that tooth and the next tooth, then around the gums of that tooth, again in between next two teeth, and continue around, in between, until you get to the other side of the mouth, Then go down to the bottom gums and repeat the same, around the gum edge, then in between the teeth, until the lower gums are finished. Now cover the face with your hand so as not to squirt all over the bathroom, and point the Waterpik® tip behind the upper teeth (tongue side) and again, squirt at the gum edge moving around , in between, etc. until the upper and lower gums have also been irrigated.
